We hope that we can count on your support to help us to carry out our activities relating to personal and community development, eradication of blind beliefs and ignorance and create awareness in the areas of physical and mental health.

In line with our objective to help create awareness in the areas of physical and mental health, Periyar
Rationalist Integrity Movement for Enrichment has launched a Commemorative Stamp to raise funds to provide financial aid to patients suffering from chronic illnesses such as Cancer and AIDS. Proceeds from the sale of the stamps will be used to support Majlis Kanser Nasional (MAKNA) www.makna.org.my, a Non-Governmental Organization which helps patients suffering from chronic illnesses.

In order to ensure the success of this historical event, we are seeking contributions from generous donors like you. Please donate by purchasing a set of 20 stamps at RM130 (Ringgit Malaysia: one hundred thirty only) and make a difference in the lives of thousands of cancer patients. The launching of Thanthai Periyar's 135th Anniversary Commemorative Stamp was held on Sunday, 19th January 2014 at Auditorium Tan Sri Soma, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was launched by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, YB Dato Seri M. Saravanan.
